We enjoyed a delightful three-night stay in a cozy room. The bar scene added a classy touch, especially with the knowledgeable staff. Don't skip the beautiful outdoor patio for a relaxing evening. Those venturing out should utilize the nearby streetcar for easy access to the French Quarter.

It was just a smart choice for short visits in New Orleans with good value for money. I asked for fresh linens and they were changed immediately by friendly staff. If you're on a higher floor, be ready to carry your luggage up.

stayed at marsh for three nights and loved it! the deluxe king room was cozy and well-organized. the coffee and bar were super convenient and a nice spot to mingle with locals. also, it was just a short walk to the trolley and several good restaurants, making it the perfect location!

I had an incredible stay! The gorgeous courtyard and bar were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I couldn’t believe how clean everything was! Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous atmosphere and outstanding service.

Marsh was a real gem! The bar and coffee lounge were perfect for unwinding after a day of food crawling along Magazine St Plus, the picnic tables outside made it a breezy spot to sip some coffee or cocktails while soaking in the NOLA vibes.

But those barn doors on the bathroom? Not pulling their weight, and WiFi was a little flaky. The area felt a tad sketchy, though I didn't let it ruin the Southern charm.

This place had a beautiful courtyard perfect for relaxing with coffee. The room was cozy and well-decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient coffee shop and bar amenities. The location was excellent for accessing local attractions. ☕️

I felt comfortable during my visit, and even though I didn't interact much with staff due to mobile check-in, all my needs were met quietly. I found several restaurants nearby and enjoyed walking around without feeling uneasy.

I found the bathroom to be small, limiting space for movement. There was also no gym available, which was a downside. The surrounding area felt mixed in terms of safety, and I had to pay attention while walking around.
